My Name is Briahna Banks, or Coach Bree, the founder of BriahnaFit. I am your go to girl for all wellness and fitness needs.
I began my fitness journey in 2020 after becoming a mother, looking for an outlet postpartum and also during the rise of the COVID-19 epidemic. Through countless hours of trial + error, research, and determination, I fell in love with all things fitness.
I decided to pursue my Personal Training Certification to help others find the same release fitness gives me; not only physically, but mentally + emotionally as well. Outside of a coach, I am a mother, a daughter, a friend, a healer, + so much more. I firmly believe that I am not just your coach or trainer, but your fitness friend first.
I lead group fitness, as well as in-person and online private trainings specializing in Strength + Conditioning. I also have a focus in Pregnancy/Postpartum athleticism, as well a mobility training.
I pride myself on being an accessible + passionate coach. Whether you’re a beginner, a new mother, a high school athlete, I can help you turn your goals into gains.
